NATHAN HALE BOOK SWAP
Nathan Hale Book Swap is a program, facilitated by parents, teachers and students, that encourages students to literally swap books they have read and no longer wish to keep in their personal library. The Book Swap bookcase is located in the main hallway.

Nathan Hale Positive Behavior Support
Our mission statement:
Through consistently implemented rewards and consequences, teachers will create a school environment that fosters learning, responsibility, self-discipline, and respect. Our school rules are:
Respect for Self
Respect for Others
Respect for School
Each class, grade level team and school will have an incentive program in place that will reward students on a consistent basis.
Hawk Pride Student of the Month
One student from each classroom at Nathan Hale will be nominated for this recognition by his/her peers each month during the school year. Students are nominated for various reasons which include showing respect for self, their peers, and their school. The chosen students will be recognized as the Student of the Month for their class and will be honored during morning announcements and in the main hallway on the Student of the Month bulletin board.
